Measuring Guide for Vertical Blinds
Inside Recess
Step1
Measure the Width
Take measurements of your window recess width at three positions: top, middle, and bottom, selecting the smallest measurement as your width.
Step2
Measure the Drop
Measure the drop of your window recess in three places, top middle and bottom. Use the smallest measurement as your drop.
Step3
Enter your Measurements
Head to your selected product, input your width and height measurements, and choose “Inside Recess” as your sizing preference.
Deduction
When you opt for Inside Recess, we’ll slightly reduce the width of your blind to accommodate the brackets. Please be aware that the fabric will be 35mm narrower than the specified size due to the chain control and brackets.
Important Notes

Exact Size
To mount the blind outside the window recess and overlap on all sides, follow these instructions.
Step1
Measure the Width
Determine the desired amount of overlap for your blind on both sides of the window recess, and measure this width accordingly. Keep in mind that due to the chain control and brackets, the fabric will be 35mm narrower than the specified size.
Therefore, if you’re overlapping the window, consider that the total width provided includes the brackets, not just the fabric width.
Step2
Measure the Drop
Measure the distance from where you desire the top of the blind to begin to where you want it to end at the bottom. This measurement represents your drop.
Step3
Enter your Measurements
Go to your chosen product, enter your width and drop measurements, select Exact Size as your sizing option.
Note:
We will not make any deductions to your measurements when you select the Exact size option and this will be the span from one bracket to the other.
